Wolcott, N.Y. – Kevin D. McMahon, 41, was arrested by the Wayne County Narcotics Enforcement Team for illegally growing 35 marijuana plants on his property.
The Narcotics Enforcement Team says the plants were seized back in July when a Custom and Border Protection flyover spotted the plants on the land.
McMahon was charged with a third-degree possession of marijuana, a class E felony, as well as unlawfully growing of marijuana, a class A felony.
He has been issued an appearance ticket for the town of Wolcott court next month.
