Sheldon, N.Y.- A man from Wyoming County is in jail, accused of being involved in the robbery of two Mexican migrant workers in July.

Brandon Suckow, 20, of Arcade, is charged with second-degree robbery and violation of probation.

Police say he was involved in the robbery in the Town of Sheldon over the summer and shortly after, fled to North Carolina. He was picked up by the U.S. Marshall's office in October and was fighting extradition.

Suckow was turned over to authorities in Wyoming County Tuesday afternoon and he is currently being held without bail.
