Rochester, N.Y. - Xerox has agreed to sell its paper and print products business to one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of paper in North America.

Domtar Corp., a Montreal based company, will market and distribute Xerox branded paper and print media when the transaction is finalized sometime this spring.

Until then, Xerox customers can still order paper through Xerox Supplies. Xerox, however, does not manufacture paper. Instead, it has distributed various forms of print media.

Xerox will continue to sell its toner and ink, among other products.
