Webster, N.Y. - Monroe County fire investigators ruled the fire that destroyed a climbing wall at the Bay View YMCA was set on purpose.
The arson case is also being investigated by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Sunday's fire destroyed the 40-foot wall that is normally used the summer camp, which started today.
The YMCA said it is committed to rebuilding the climbing wall.
