Junius, N.Y. (AP) – A Seneca County man faces an assault charge after state police say he shot another man in the face with a BB gun.
State police in Waterloo arrested Andrew Morseman, 23, of Junius, Saturday. Morseman is accused of shooting a Waterloo man, who had to go to the hospital to have a BB removed from beneath the skin near his eye.
Morseman was charged with second-degree assault. After he was arraigned in Junius town court and sent to the Seneca County Jail on $10,000 cash or $20,000 secured bond.
