Syracuse, N.Y. – A 2-year-old girl was killed Tuesday night after a TV fell on her.
A 32-inch television fell off a stand and killed a toddler about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers say the child was taken to Upstate University Hospital's pediatric unit with serious injuries, and later died.
Syracuse police determined the incident was accidental.
The name and address of the victim have not been released.
