Steuben County - A pregnant woman is facing charges after fleeing from a hospital and kidnapping a woman and her infant.
Thirty-five-year-old Billie Jo Ribble of Bath surrendered to police in Corning over the weekend.
Ribble was arrested last week in Pennsylvania in connection with a string of crimes in New York.
She was being held at a hospital in Pennsylvania, when police say she escaped out a second story window.
Ribble's then accused of holding a woman and her infant at knifepoint, and forcing her to drive Ribble back to New York.
Ribble is charged with kidnapping. More charges are possible.
