Washington - A mother in the Northwest is in a lot of trouble after they say a video shows her 22-month-old son inhaling marijuana.
The video released by police shows the toddler coughing and people laughing in the background.
The boy's 24-year-old mother was arrested for allegedly giving the child pot. She faces several charges.
A police raid found 40 pot plants and several weapons.
The boy and his five year old brother are now in state custody and neighbors are shocked.
