North Korea is warning the U.S. that it is now within range of Korea's strategic rockets and atomic weapons.
An article released Wednesday morning from a state website says the U.S. should not think it is safe because it is on the other side of the Pacific Ocean.
The statement went on to say Washington will be attacked if it persists with hostile policies.
The United Nations is still trying to figure out consequences of North Korea's nuclear tests earlier this month.
