Rochester, N.Y. - The University of Rochester will demonstrate a smart phone app Wednesday that, UR claims, can read human emotions.
It works by analyzing the tone of voice rather than what is actually said.
Researchers say their method is 81 percent accurate.
Similar technological attempts up to this point had only been 55 percent accurate.
