Buffalo Bills quarterback Trent Edwards
practiced on Friday in a limited role, but will not see the field for the
team's home game against Houston on Sunday as he is still recovering from a
concussion.
Edwards missed last Sunday's contest against Carolina after suffering
the head injury during a 16-13 overtime win at the New York Jets on October
18.
Ryan Fitzpatrick was under center for the 20-9 victory in Charlotte and will
get the start again this week.
In addition to Edwards, offensive tackle Jonathan Scott (ankle), safety
Donte Whitner (ankle), running back Corey McIntyre (knee), tight end Shawn
Nelson (illness) and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (knee) have also been
ruled out for Sunday.
Safety Bryan Scott (ankle) is listed as questionable, while wide receiver
Terrell Owens is expected to play despite not practicing on Friday for non
injury related reasons.
