Rochester man acquitted of double shooting

Rochester, N.Y. -- A Monroe County jury acquitted a Rochester man charged in a double shooting.

Frederick Stokes, 35, had been charged with murder and attempted murder for the June 18, 2012 shooting on Reynolds Street.

Craig Wilson, 35, died in that shooting. A woman, Elizabeth Weems, was also shot, but survived.

Stokes remains in jail on separate federal charges.
