Arrest in Roslyn St. robbery

Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester Police arrested a man they said stole an iPhone 4 at gunpoint.

Officers were called to the area of 19 Roslyn Street Wednesday night.

The victim said he was sitting on the front steps when the suspect approached and placed a gun to his head demanding property.

The victim handed over items, including an iPhone 4.

Police said when officers looked for the suspect they found Anthony Miller, 21, nearby, matching the description.

Miller was charged with first-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny.
