NYS licenses change to black & white

Albany, N.Y. -- New York Drivers licenses are changing color to black and white starting Tuesday.

Department of Motor Vehicle offices are now required to print pictures in black and white, but the change already happened on the DMVs website last month.

Drivers under 21 will have a license printed vertically, like a playing card, in order to crack down on underage drinking.
