Moms more tired than dads
U.S.- Its a new men versus women debate when it comes to childcare- who is more tired at the end of the day?
A new Pew Report shows that mothers are more exhausted than fathers when it comes to juggling four major categories of life including: work, housework, child care and leisure. Specifically, 15 percent of mothers found child-care was an activity that left them feeling very tired compared to six percent of fathers.
However, the report goes on to show, both moms and dads find being a parent very rewarding. 60 percent of fathers and 63 percent of mothers find caring for their children very meaningful.
The research is based on adults aged 18 to 64 with children under 18-years-old living in their homes.
