Canned goods re-create Hollywood films

Rochester, N.Y. - Some cutthroat competition Saturday combining a dose of altruism, a dash of Hollywood flair and lots of canned goods!

The eighth annual Canstruction at the Bausch & Lomb Winter Garden in Downtown Rochester brought out some movie-themed masterpieces.

This year had a Hollywood theme, so it was no surprise that designs paying homage to "Jaws," the animated film "Up" and the 80s classic "Back to the Future."

One team even built Rochester's own The Little theater.

All canned foods will be donated to Foodlink. Organizers said they received between 30,000 and 40,000 cans this year.
