WATCH: Jennifer Johnson reports from Webster vigil

WEBSTER, N.Y. (AP) - A vigil marking the one-year anniversary of a shooting rampage that took the lives of two upstate New York firefighters was held Christmas Eve morning along the south shore of Lake Ontario.
Families of the victims have requested privacy for Tuesday's vigil, but the public is invited to view a memorial at the West Webster Fire Department.
Firefighters Michael Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka were killed in an ambush by William Spengler Jr. last Dec. 24. Two other firefighters were wounded, but are back working.
About 500 people helped dedicate the memorial on Sunday behind the suburban station northeast of downtown Rochester. It includes a metal sculpture of a firefighter and a stone tablet etched with the names of four fallen West Webster firefighters.
