Two charged with felony drug possession

Greenburgh, N.Y. -- A Rochester man and a woman from the Bronx face felony drug possession charges, after getting pulled over in Westchester County.

When troopers stopped Joshua Swindell, 32, and Stephanie Revatti, 25, on I-87 Tuesday, it was for inoperable lighting and illegal window tint.

But, when the trooper approached them, he reported smelling and seeing marijuana.

The trooper used his K-9 partner which led investigators to a tire inflation aerosol canister containing cocaine, marijuana and narcotic Xanax pills.

Swindell and Revatti were charged with felony drug and narcotic possession, driving while impaired and related charges.

Both were arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail pending further court proceedings.
