A-Rod to fight suspension Monday

New York -- Alex Rodriguez won't be playing this coming season due to a suspension.

But he's not going out without a fight.

Rodriguez's lawyer said the athlete will file a lawsuit Monday against Major League Baseball challenging the ruling.

Meanwhile, MLB's key witness in its case against the Yankee third baseman said he designed and administered an elaborate doping program for the 14-time All-Star that started in 2010.

Anthony Bosch, the owner of the now shuttered Florida anti-aging clinic, Biogensis, told "60 Minutes" that Rodriguez paid him $12,000 per month to provide him with an assortment of banned drugs.
