Gillibrand pushes student loan bill

Washington -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) is led a push to help college students with their loans Sunday.

Gillibrand urged President Barack Obama to support a bill that would allow students to refinance federal loans at lower interest rates.
