Local scout returns from special D.C. trip

Williamson, N.Y. -- A Boy Scout from Wayne County is back home Friday after a special visit to the nations capital.

Scott Niles was one of nine scouts from across the country who visited Washington, D.C. this week to give reports to congressional leaders on the Boy Scouts accomplishments in 2013.

Niles joined the Boy Scouts of America in 2009 to be active despite having a physical disability. He was selected as a delegate because of his scout spirit.
