Dewey Ave. basement fire out quickly

Rochester, N.Y. - Firefighters from Rochester and Greece put out a fire in the basement of a Rochester home Tuesday morning.

According to the Rochester Fire Department, crews responded to a call for a basement fire at 2652 Dewey Ave. just after 9:00 a.m.

Crews were able to get the fire under control in about 30 minutes.

No one in the home was injured.

Fire investigators are working to determine a cause.
