Deputy fire chief leaving Rochester for job

Rochester, N.Y. - A deputy chief with the Rochester Fire Department is leaving Rochester for a new job.

Marty McMillian was chosen to become the fire chief in Hanover, N.H. His last day with the department is April 29.

In November, McMillian was seriously injured when a suspect trying to escape police crashed into his car.

He spent about two weeks in the hospital recovering from his injuries.
