Report: Foreigner may work on new music with Lou Gramm

There are reports Foreigner could release new music with former singer - and Rochester native - Lou Gramm.

Guitarist and founder Mick Jones has told the radio service "The Pulse of Radio" that he and Gramm have talked about putting finishing touches on some unreleased work from the 1980s - and that he could see them working on them next year.

"Lou told me a few weeks ago hes discovered a few songs we were writing in the '80s, but never quite finished," Jones said. "We might take time next year to bring a couple of those out of the vaults It's a question of wading through them and finding a cassette machine to play them on."

He quickly pointed out that this project would run parallel to his work with Foreigner and its current singer Kelly Hansen.

The current version of Foreigner will play at CMAC with Styx and Don Felder on July 9th.

Lou Gramm will play at the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival on June 21st.
