Police identify Cleon St. shooting victim

Rochester, N.Y.- Rochester Police released the name of the man shot on Cleon Street in the city Tuesday night.

Police said Derek Wallace, 48, was in the area of 117 Cleon Street when the suspect approached in a car, got out, and fired several times in the direction of where he was walking.    

Wallaces injuries are considered potentially life-threatening.

No arrests have been made.

Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 423-9300. No one will ask your name and you could get a cash reward if your information leads to an arrest and conviction.
