UPDATED: Police investigation in Irondequoit

Irondequoit, N.Y. - A police investigation in Irondequoit led to one arrest.

It started around 3:30 p.m. Police said a concerned family member called them after a man on Pinegrove Avenue became upset over a personal incident, forcing police to shut down the street for over three hours.

No one was injured.

It took a period of time for police to reach the man inside his home, but eventually he came out willingly. That person is being evaluated at this tim.

One resident in the neighborhood told 13WHAM that they were not allowed to return to their homes until the incident was over. Everything has returned to normal in the neighborhood.

Police are investigating whether or not there were any guns in the home.
