Was Rochester man wrongly convicted of murder?

Rochester, N.Y. - A hearing to determine whether a local man was wrongly convicted of murder is schedule for Monday.

Charles Pierre was convicted of killing his girlfriend and another man by setting a house on fire in 2002. He has been incarcerated for those crimes for the last 12 years.

Prosecutors have since learned that another man confessed that he committed the crime.
