Nursing home probe: More guilty pleas
Rochester, N.Y. - Four more former nurses in the Blossom North nursing home investigation, including two from Rochester, have pled guilty.
The charges, issued by the state, are related to the care and treatment of a double-amputee resident.
Champagne Anderson, 28, Elizabeth Acevedo, 43, both of Rochester, and Binita Dahal, 30, and Trasy Jalil, 34, pled guilty to one count of Wilful Violation of Public Health Law.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 14th.
