Area seniors learned how to master today’s latest communications technology—at no cost to them—courtesy of AT&T and Woodland Pond at New Paltz, the mid-Hudson Valley’s newest continuing care retirement community (CCRC). The workshops consisted of sessions that educated on text messaging, apps, video calling, e-books, and photo sharing. The program also provided “hands-on” instruction on the latest in mobile phones, tablets, and a range of other popular technologies.
