We are delighted to kick off our new Artists & Artisans series at our Canandaigua restaurant! Thursday evenings are reserved for all things created locally in the Finger Lakes: artists, authors, music and artisanal foods!
We're kicking off the series with the cheesemakers of the Finger Lakes Cheese Trail. A select cheesemaker will be on the third Thursday of each month, starting June 21.
The cheesemaker will be speaking about their cheeses, their farms and their process. And of course sampling! Find out more about your favorite local cheeses, how to serve them, how to pair them, how to cook with them, and more from the cheesemakers themselves.
