With the start of school just around the corner, Woodcrest Commons will be collecting school supplies for kids in need. Woodcrest Commons, a DePaul Senior Living Community, is seeking items such as wide-ruled paper, glue sticks, pens and pencils, one-subject notebooks, composition books, one-inch binders, pocket folders, pencil-top or singular erasers, crayons, markers and more.
All items will be donated to the Henrietta Youth Bureau for distribution to Rush-Henrietta children, in cooperation with the Jefferson Ave. Project. Items can be dropped off at Woodcrest Commons, 4455 West Henrietta Road in Henrietta before August 24.
For more information about Woodcrest Commons, please contact Administrator Maryellen Borer at (585) 334-1800.
