School Anger Management SAM I and SAM II

MCC's Department of Homeland Sedcurity Management Institute presents Roland Ouellete, founder of the highly acclaimed “Management of Aggressive Behavior” program, will conduct School Anger Management (SAM®)
SAM® builds on a variety of approaches -- verbal, nonverbal and physical -- involving students and staff alike in the event of a threatening or potentially violent situation.
SAM®, which teaches participants to be proactive about protecting the health and safety of others in the workplace and school, will be offered in a two-hour lecture and demonstration format (SAM® I) or a four-hour format (SAM® II) consisting of a lecture and a hands-on physical component.
Please note that SAM® II is limited to 24 students. Both courses will be offered only once at the cost of $49 & $69, respectively. The fee for SAM® II includes the prerequisite of SAM® I. Location: Public Safety Training Facility, 1190 Scottsville Rd.

How to Submit an Event

1) Click on Add New Event.

2) You will be asked to register on the website, or if you have already registered, you must enter your password. You will then be directed to the New Event Form.

3) Enter a Title and Description (in the Story Content box) for your event, including times, location, ticket cost, and contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) where applicable.

4) To select a date for your event, simply find and click on the event date on the calendars, and click Add Event Date. For multiple event dates, just repeat this step. Please note there is a 10 date limit to all events. To add an event with more than 10 dates, simply add a new event with the same title and description.

5) Click the Publish Story button to submit your event. Note: After submitting your event, the submission needs to be approved by 13WHAM before appearing live on the website.
